What Richmond does to paint
Richmond sits in the City of Yarra, a few kilometres east of the CBD, and its housing stock is overwhelmingly Victorian and Edwardian terraces built long before anyone owned a car. The consequence is simple and it drives everything on this page: most Richmond cars are parked on the street, all day and all night, under trees.

Why correction usually comes first here
